OUR WORKSHOPS

WORKSHOP

We manufacture the floats in our workshop under a controlled atmosphere (temperature and humidity) of 3000m². We use a digital cutting machine adapted to this use because in addition to cutting the Hypalon fabric, it is able to ensure a large majority of the scraping (step required prior to gluing) and the marking for the positioning of the accessories.

Once the cutouts have been made, the assembly and gluing of the parts of the float takes place by hand.

It is a know-how which is the basis of the quality of our floats and which allows us today to guarantee our floats for 5 years.

As soon as the float is assembled and pressure tested (several days), it is in this workshop that the installation of the float on the hull takes place.

This operation requires a qualified workman to ensure the correct symmetry during installation.

MECHANICAL WORKSHOP

Once the installation of the float on the hull is completed, it is in the mechanical workshop that we carry out the operations of motorization, installation of equipment – (cabin, console, engine chair, etc.) and fittings for all boats.

The personnel are qualified to carry out the assemblies on the main brands of engine manufacturers (Yamaha, Suzuki, Mercury, Honda, Yanmar, Volvo, Cummins) in outboard, inboard Z-Drive and Jet.

The teams have also developed real know-how in the integration of electronic equipment, which guarantees operators simplified access to components, increased legibility of electrical networks (plans available in the plexo box) and easier maintenance capacity. .

All the tools and lifting means necessary for carrying out operations are available in the workshop.

The infrastructures are designed to adapt to the production load and the different sizes of boats to be produced. Thus we have the ability to adapt our production tool according to needs.
