Since 1962, the Sillinger boatyard, named after its founder Tibor Sillinger, has specialised in foldable and semi-rigid inflatable boats for military and professional use.
From its beginnings, Sillinger decided to develop craft designed for international civilian and military professionals, renowned for their stringent demands.
The main qualities of our craft are therefore performance, reliability and unsinkability. The decision to use hypalon-neoprene fabric is the clearest expression of this.
The shark brand has thus been innovating constantly over the years in its quest for excellence. It sets up a highly rigorous design process. Each order is overseen by a team of technicians. They check that the manufacturing is carried out correctly according to the customer’s specific requirements.
For 50 years, Sillinger has been able to impose its values and can pride itself on now being a key partner for intervention and security forces on seas all over the world.
Since March 2002, Sillinger has been certified under ISO 9001-2008. This standard provides measurable and verifiable recognition of the quality level of its products and its organisation.
In addition, standard ISO 9001-2015 validates in particular the Sillinger product manufacturing process at all stages of production and demands a particularly strict methodology.
Lastly, all Sillinger boats comply with European directive 2013/53/EU together with standards ISO 6185. Sillinger foldable and RHIBs are referenced by NATO under code F6540.
Furthermore, our design office, based in France at the company’s headquarters, consists of engineers, naval architects and industrial designers. Since 1956, our team has been developing technical and innovative products to provide you with efficient solutions.
In addition, all our products meet your quality requirements and are tested by certified laboratories.
